Carolina Parenting Solutions, PLLC
Carolina Parenting Solutions, PLLC is offering Level 3 Triple P Training for Parents struggling with child behaviors at home. This series includes 4 Therapy sessions where you'll learn about causes of child behavior, learn new parenting strategies, and make a parenting plan specific to the needs of your child and family.
Who: Parents with children who struggle with following directions, aggressive tendencies, toilet training, bedtime challenges and other behavioral needs!
What: Triple P is an evidenced based parenting program, but it doesn’t tell you how to be a parent. It’s more like a toolbox of ideas. You choose the strategies you need. You choose the way you want to use them.
Session 1: Learn about causes of child behavior (Via a virtual group training with other families)
Session 2: Review homework, learn new parenting strategies, make a parenting plan checklist
Session 3: Review checklist, barriers to using new strategies, and add/change strategies on the checklist as needed
Session 4: Final review of progress, referral to any additional services as needed
Where: From the comfort of your own home. These sessions will all be done virtually with the parents only. The first session may be with a group of other parents as an informational session, and all other sessions will be 1:1 with family and parenting coach.
When: We are providing these trainings on a monthly basis. Please contact us to determine a time that works best for you. Initial session may be in a group setting, and 3 follow up sessions scheduled directly with the trainer at a time that is convenient for you.
