Carolina Parenting Solutions, PLLC is offering Level 3 and Level 4 Triple P Training for Parents struggling with child behaviors at home. This series includes 4-6 parent coaching sessions where you'll learn about causes of child behavior, learn new parenting strategies, and make a parenting plan specific to the needs of your child and family.
Who: Parents with children who struggle with following directions, aggressive tendencies, toilet training, bedtime challenges and other behavioral needs!
What: Triple P is an evidenced based parenting program, but it doesn’t tell you how to be a parent. It’s more like a toolbox of ideas. You choose the strategies you need. You choose the way you want to use them.
Here is one example of how the program is laid out-some sessions may vary
Session 1: Complete intake, make goals for change, get to know each other
Session 2: Learn causes of child behavior, learn new parenting strategies, make a parenting plan
Session 3: Discuss barriers to using new strategies, set up behavioral monitoring
Session 4: Final review of progress, referral to any additional services as needed
Where: From the comfort of your own home. These sessions will all be done virtually with the parents only.
